Our ambitions for the renewal of the cinematographic industry
Employees, intermittent workers, the audience and more broadly the environment, the film production chain impacts a whole range of stakeholders. Our company aims to support the creation of European arthouse films offering a both sensitive and modern view of our society on the screens and at the same time have a positive impact on our stakeholders. We believe that it is our duty as a corporate citizen, but also that better management of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) impacts will enable us to ensure the sustainability of our company, in harmony with our society.
Our company aims therefore to respect and promote diversity and offers innovative, inclusive and challenging management, with collective intelligence and behavioural ethics as its cornerstone.
Chenge Film thus works for a profound societal change in the film industry through a better representation of society's diversity: ethnicity, sexual orientation and identity, age, disability...both on screens and in the film production cycle. We are also particularly committed to ensuring that women find their rightful place in the industry. Unfortunately, to date, less than 20% of the films that come out on our screens are made by women and female directors earn on average 42% less than men…
...IT'S TIME FOR A CHENGE!
